Three Things Thursday | March Favorites

Welcome to this month’s Three Things Thursday where I share with you 3 monthly favorites that I’ve been loving lately and give you a scoop about why I’ve been loving them. Missed the last Three Things Thursday? Check it out here.

1. Copper Paper Crane String Lights: Target

These lights. Oh my goodness. These are probably my favorite piece of random decor I’ve purchased in a while for quite a few reasons. 1: They’re copper, aka rose gold, aka my current favorite color. Seriously, I’m super obsessed and have about a million rose gold DIY projects swimming around in my brain. But anyways… 2: I got them on sale. I saw them when Target first put them on display and I knew I had to have them, but my tight budget wouldn’t allow for any at that moment. Fast forward to me picking up soup and eggs at Target and meandering down the clearance aisle, and low and behold I find these for 50% off! You bet your bottom dollar I put it in my basket real quick. And 3: They’re freaking geometric paper cranes! Paper cranes have a special place in my heart since I used to live in Japan and the fact that their geometric is just the cherry on top! You may not be able to find these any more in stores, but they’re still available online!

2. YOUTH: Troye Sivan

Yaaaassss, Troye Sivan! This boy can do no wrong. If you haven’t heard this song by now (and you totally should have because he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves!), you totally need to go listen to it. And watch the music video, which is basically all pastel-y and tumblr-y and beautiful.

3. Reusable K-Cup: Freedom Brew

So I got a Keurig for Christmas and, while I loved it, I didn’t use it very often because k-cups are crazy expensive and I could not justify spending that much on coffee and tea. So it sat in my kitchen, looking pretty, but gathering dust. Not being very useful at all. I was going to get a my k-cup, but even those were like $15.00. And then I found this one for under $8! It works absolutely wonderfully, allows me to have delicious coffee every morning, and it’s purple!
