Welcome to another week of Merry Monday! I just have to say, becoming a host of this party has been so, SO fun! My co-hosts are so wonderfully creative and welcoming, and I’m so inspired by all the projects you guys link up!

The week seemed to fly by though. Not only did I celebrate my 2nd favorite holiday (Star Wars geeks, unite!) but I finished phase 1 of my kitchen demo and the hotel restaurant that I had been working on for almost 2 years finally opened! Yay!
