Hi friends,
Are you guys completely ready for summer? I know I am! Ready to relax, vacation, and have ice cream for breakfast. What? Yes, you read that right. Ice cream for breakfast! A couple of months ago I received a coupon for a free Frosted Sunrise at Chick-fil-A. I love their Frosted Coffee (I mean, have you tried it?!), so I figured “Why not?” And oh. my. word!
This stuff right here is freaking amazeballs and is just summer-time in a glass. And it’s so easy to create at home! You literally only use two ingredients!
Ingredients
- homemade vanilla ice cream (make sure it is plain vanilla and doesn’t have any vanilla bean bits in it)
- Simply Orange® Juice
Instructions
-
Add 4 scoops of ice cream and 1 cup of Simply Orange® Juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve up and relax all summer long!
And that’s it! So simple! I am totally going to make this copycat Chick-fil-A Frosted Sunrise all. summer. long! Also, side note, if you’re an Erieite like I am, this is literally a Sara’s orange vanilla twist in a glass. Score!

I want some! So easy, this recipe is a must do now! I have never tried any of Chik Fil A beverages and my hubby and I were just saying how we need to get their Peach milk shake because it is so popular. We love the chicken! Pinned it!
