Hi friends,
Happy *almost* Easter! Any major holiday that my mom and I spend together has an unspoken rule that there needs to be cinnamon buns. I like this rule.
So when I stumbled upon this recipe, I knew I had to adapt it for our Easter celebrations.
Preheat your oven to 400°.
Get out your package of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and what you’re going to bake them on. I’m using my baking stone but if you’re using a regular cookie sheet, be sure to spray it with oil to prevent the rolls sticking.
You will need 2 rolls per bunny.
Taking one roll, cut in half to create the ears.
Connect the ears to the head by pinching the dough together.
Bake for 13 – 17 minutes. Mine were done at 15.
Take out and let cool.
Slather as much icing as you wish! Pillsbury’s recipe decorated them with almond slices and chocolate chips, but I like mine with just plain icing. ;)
I’m super excited to make these Easter morning! What are some of your Easter traditions?
I’m partying over at Think and Make Thursday, Create It Thursday, Lovely Little Link Party, Your Turn to Shine, Pin Junkie Pin Party, Weekend Re-Treat, Creativity Unleashed, Simple & Sweet Fridays, Crafty Fridays, Friday Finds, Link Party Palooza, The Creative Collection, and Show Me Saturday.
