It’s that time of year! Over Thanksgiving I got a text from a friend asking if I’d like a Christmas card. Of course I said yes! I love getting Christmas cards, but I hate that they just sit around after I open it. So I decided to fix that! With this wreath I can display all of the Christmas cards I’ll get for the whole holiday season!
Supply List
- flat wreath form, 18″
- 50 wooden clothespins
- green spray paint
- hot glue & glue gun
- ribbon
Instructions
1. I took my wreath form and clothespins and painted them green. Let dry.
2. Once they were completely dry, I spread the clothespins around the wreath form evenly.
3. One at a time, I removed the clothespin, applied some hot glue, and put firmly back into place. Repeat until all of the clothespins are glued.
4. I took some ribbon that I had on hand and looped it around the top.
5. I took a bit more and made a small bow. I hot glued it into place.
6. Hang it up and display those Christmas cards!
This was insanely easy but I love how it turned out! And this doesn’t have to be just for Christmas. I love the cards I get year round, so I may end up making one that matches the color scheme of my home!
How do you display holiday cards in your home?
